Terms of Service | Nesetsya

1. General

The services are individual and group DJ and music-production lessons, courses, workshops, and gift certificates. The Provider’s details are listed at the bottom of the page.

2. Booking

Booking is made via the site form or contact channels. A coordinator contacts you, then the format, date and price are agreed. A booking is confirmed once both parties agree.

3. Price and payment

Current prices are shown on the site or agreed at booking. Payment is made by the method and within the terms agreed by the parties. The exact payment procedure is to be confirmed at the agreement stage.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Rescheduling or cancellation is agreed by the parties in advance. Refunds follow the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”. Specific reschedule/refund terms are to be confirmed at the agreement stage.

5. Gift certificates

A certificate’s value equals the chosen programme’s price. It can be exchanged for any programme of matching value; optionally, pay the difference. Validity is agreed at checkout.

6. Obligations of the parties

The Provider delivers services with care and within agreed timelines. The Client provides accurate data and follows studio and safety rules. Lessons for children require parental/guardian consent.

7. Intellectual property

Course materials, site content and the Nesetsya brand belong to the Provider. Recordings of the student’s own mixes and sets made during the lessons belong to the student.

8. Liability

The parties are liable under the laws of Ukraine. The school does not guarantee a specific subjective result, as it also depends on the student’s own practice.

9. Personal data

Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy published on the site.

10. Final provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. The Provider may update the Terms; the current version is published on this page.
